MotorizedScootersite.com offers FREE SHIPPING on all motorized scooter orders placed within the continental United States. We ship daily via UPS Ground, UPS Freight, Fed Ex Ground & Fed Ex Freight.

 

Alaska & Hawaii ship by AIR at additional cost. We do not offer COD. Air Rates can be checked by calling our customer care department at (253) 777-0690.

Large items that ship by freight include free shipping to the nearest freight terminal. Home delivery of freight orders is $50 per order, not per item.

 

We strongly suggest customers pay for home delivery of these large freight items unless they are prepared to drive to the nearest terminal and load / unload these large heavy items.

 

A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made. Providing inaccurate information at checkout or shipping to an alternate mailing address may cause a brief delay for order verification.

We ship 5 days a week. Orders placed before 1PM PST generally ship on the day ordered. We will e-mail you your tracking number(s) at 5PM PST on the day your order ships.

 

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

 **Freight Shipping: Large motorcycles, electric bicycles, ATV's and mobility scooters & others are shipping by freight carriers strapped to pallets.

Expect all freight shipments to be sent by UPS freight or Fed Ex Freight.

**ALL Freight Shipments require the customer’s phone number. If we do not receive the correct phone number of the customer, the shipment will not be shipped or delivered. The carrier will phone the customer to schedule delivery to the door.

**Freight palletized shipments going to New York City zip codes: 100-104, 110-119, 150-196,
will incur a $100 service charge in addition to the $50 door delivery fee. There are no exceptions for this fee as all freight carriers are charging $100 or more for these NYC zip codes.

**Freight palletized shipments going to Martha's Vineyard Island zip codes: 025-026
will incur a $100 service charge for transportation on the ferry to the island, in addition to the $50 door delivery fee. Shipments picked up on the mainland at the terminal will only incurr the $100.00 service charge.

All shipments refused at any terminal will have the shipping costs billed back to the purchaser.

 CALIFORNIA:

 NO Gas Models can be shipped to California for any reason.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 PLACES WHERE WE DO NOT SHIP:

 

  We do not ship anywhere in Africa or Indonesia.

  

 CANADA:

 

Shipment of certain scooters into Canada is not possible, as Canadian DOT requirements are such that we'd have to manufacture a special scooter just to meet these regulations and this is not feasible at this time.

 

Below is a list of the models that can be sent to Canada: X-10, XB-300Li, XB-305Li, XB-310Li, XB-502, XB-562.

 

Anything outside of the USA incurs additional shipping charges. You may contact us for a quote before you place your order.

 

APO Addresses:

  

If a motorized scooter weighs more than 70 pounds it is unable to be shipped via USPS to a APO, as USPS is the only method to ship to APO they are unable to order bigger units. (It also can take 3-4 weeks for a unit to be shipped to a APO address).

Under 70 pound motor scooters are: X-10, X-140, X-250, X-300

 

Signature Required Option

We make a Signature Required Service available to all our customers at the time of purchase for a minimal fee. If this service is not purchased X-Treme Scooters and/or motorizedscootersite.com will not be responsible for packages that have been left at the recipient's door and consequently lost and/or Stolen.
